As part of the 'Teaching a City to Cook' initiative, we were tasked by Bristol City Council Public Health and Sugar Smart Bristol with creating a collection of resources for schools and youth organisations to help young people cook with fresh ingredients.
Aims included engaging young people so they:
-
learn about food and nutrition
-
develop a range of cooking skills that will help them now and into the future
-
become aware of different food cultures
The lessons included 'Perfectly Packaged,' a Design Technology and maths lesson, an assembly and 'Persuasive Power,' inviting students to explore the effectiveness of intonation and language in advertising
Far reaching and memorable campaigns tailored to fit even the most unusual requests.

Innovative educational resources for both the Primary and Secondary sector.

Workshops, conferences and training delivered how you want it, when you want it.
