Team

Jo Taylor

Director

Since graduating with a BSc in Geography, Jo has worked with the Wildlife Trust, Field Studies Council, and a range of environmental education charities teaching primary, secondary and PGCE students.   Jo loves the challenge of coming up with new projects that enthuse teachers, capture curiosity, and make the most of any outdoor space.  Passionate about involving and empowering children to become ambassadors for and leaders of change, Jo was privileged to be invited to the Paris Climate Change Conference in 2015 to share this passion, her ideas and findings with an international audience.

Clare Marshall

Director

After graduating with a BSc in Geography and Environmental Science and a PGCE in Primary Education, Clare has worked for over 15 years in the education sector as an outstanding classroom practitioner. Her passion, other than being outdoors and taking on new challenges, is to support teachers in any way she can. Memories of being overstretched, the frustration of having precious little time to develop exceptional lesson plans, and the realisation that things could have been better, will always stay with her.
Clare finds it immensely fulfilling to be able to help bridge the gap between education establishments and businesses.
